How are tasks distributed across the week?
Daily tasks appear every day. Weekly tasks are evenly distributed across weekdays to balance the workload. Biweekly tasks appear on alternating weeks, and monthly tasks on the first day of their cycle.
Can I customize the tasks?
Yes. Each room comes with suggested tasks, but you can add custom tasks with your own name, frequency, time estimate, and assignee. You can also remove any preset task.
Can I save multiple schedules?
Yes. You can save and name multiple schedules (e.g., "Regular Week" and "Deep Clean"). Switch between them using the Load button.
How does progress tracking work?
Check off tasks as you complete them. The tool tracks your daily completion percentage and maintains a streak counter for consecutive days with all tasks done.
