Binaural Beats Generator Free — Brainwave Entrainment Tool

A free binaural beats generator for creating custom alpha, theta, delta, and gamma brainwave frequencies. Preset programs for focus, relaxation, meditation, and sleep — plays directly in your browser.

How to Use

1

Put on stereo headphones — binaural beats require separate audio channels for each ear.

2

Select a brainwave preset or adjust the frequencies manually.

3

Optionally add pink or brown background noise for a richer sound.

4

Press Play and relax. Set a timer if you want auto-stop.

5

To download, open the Export section and choose duration and format.

Stereo headphones required. Binaural beats work by sending slightly different frequencies to each ear — speakers won't produce the effect.

How It Works

Binaural beats are created when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear. Your brain perceives a third "beat" at the difference frequency. For example, 200 Hz in the left ear and 206 Hz in the right ear produces a 6 Hz theta beat. Research suggests this can influence brainwave patterns through a process called "frequency following response" (FFR). Different frequency ranges correspond to different mental states: Delta (0.5–4 Hz) for deep sleep, Theta (4–8 Hz) for meditation, Alpha (8–13 Hz) for relaxation, Beta (13–30 Hz) for focus, and Gamma (30–50 Hz) for peak cognition.
