Can sound really clean a phone speaker?
Yes. Apple Watch uses the same principle — a 165 Hz tone to eject water after swimming. Sound waves create vibrations in the speaker membrane that physically push water out and shake dust loose.
Is this safe for my phone?
Completely safe. The tool plays audio through your normal speaker at frequencies it is designed to handle. Keep volume below 85% and do not hold near your ear.
How often should I clean my speaker?
Use after any water exposure immediately. For dust maintenance, once a week or month is enough depending on your environment. Run the speaker test afterwards to verify improvement.
Why can't I hear the ultrasonic phase?
It uses 15–25 kHz frequencies at or above human hearing limits. Most adults can't hear above 16–17 kHz. The vibrations still clean even if inaudible. Note: pets may hear them.
