How It Works

  1. Upload audio files. Drag and drop or click to select one or more audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, M4A, and 35+ other formats). Up to 100 files at once.
  2. Choose the target format. Select the output format from the dropdown. Search by name or browse categories — lossy, lossless, or specialized.
  3. Adjust quality settings. Set bitrate (64–320 kbps), sample rate (22–96 kHz), and other options. Higher values mean better quality but larger files.
  4. Convert and download. Click "Convert" — files are processed in your browser for most formats. Download individually or as a ZIP archive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What formats are supported?

Over 40 audio formats: MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC, OGG, M4A, WMA, OPUS, AIFF, ALAC, APE, AMR, GSM, AC3, DTS and many more. Full list is available in the format selector above.

Are my files uploaded to server?

For most formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, WMA, ALAC, OPUS, etc.) — no, processing happens locally in your browser. Only a few specialized formats (AMR, DTS, SPX, etc.) are temporarily uploaded to server for conversion.

Which format should I choose?

For universal compatibility — MP3 or AAC. For lossless quality — FLAC or WAV. For Apple devices — M4A or ALAC. For minimum file size — OPUS or OGG. Not sure about your file? Check it with the audio inspector.

Why are some formats unavailable when selecting multiple files?

Server formats (AMR, DTS, SPX, etc.) are processed one file at a time to save resources. For batch conversion, use browser formats — they are marked in the list.
