Frequently Asked Questions

Which devices support vibration testing?

The Vibration API works on Android devices in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Samsung Internet. iOS Safari does not support it. On unsupported devices, you can still see the visual demonstration.

Why don't I feel any vibration?

First, make sure your phone is not in Silent or Do Not Disturb mode. Check that vibration is enabled in your system settings. If the phone animation shakes but you feel nothing, your vibration motor may be damaged.

Can I control vibration intensity?

The Web Vibration API does not support intensity control — the motor is either on or off. However, you can control the duration and pattern timing to create different haptic effects.

What is the Morse Code feature?

Type any text and the tool converts it to Morse code (dots and dashes), then plays it as a vibration pattern. Each dot is a short pulse, each dash is a longer pulse, with pauses between letters and words.

Is this safe for my phone?

Completely safe. The tool uses the standard Web Vibration API that browsers provide. It cannot damage your device. However, very long vibration sessions may drain battery slightly faster.

How accurate is the motor health test?

The diagnostic is user-perceived — you report whether you feel each vibration. It helps identify weak or unresponsive motors but is not a hardware-level analysis. For suspected damage, visit a service center.
