Connect your Bluetooth device, then refresh the list. Grant microphone permission to see device names.
Select your output (speaker/headphones) and input (microphone) devices, then run the latency test. For accurate results, enable both speaker and mic on the same Bluetooth device.
Plays tones from 20 Hz to 20 kHz and measures response through your microphone. Both speaker and mic needed.
100% in browser — no audio data is sent to any server.

FAQ

How accurate is the latency test?

The test measures real round-trip audio latency (speaker → microphone). For Bluetooth devices, typical latency is 100-300ms. The test takes 5 samples for accuracy.

Why do I need to grant microphone permission?

Microphone permission is needed to: 1) see device names (browser privacy), 2) measure latency (loopback), 3) test your Bluetooth microphone.

Can this detect the Bluetooth codec?

No. Browsers don't expose Bluetooth codec information (SBC, AAC, aptX, LDAC). The tool measures actual audio performance instead.

Does this work with car Bluetooth?

Yes, if your phone is connected to car audio via Bluetooth and you open this page in the phone's browser. The audio plays through the car speakers.

Is any data uploaded?

No. All tests run 100% locally in your browser. No audio data is transmitted to any server.
