Will converting stereo to mono lose quality?
Mixing L+R to mono combines both channels with equal weighting — no audio content is lost. The resulting file will sound the same on single-speaker devices. If you choose Left Only or Right Only, you keep just that channel's content.

What does Swap L/R do?
