How do you actually rest after a long day? (not just "I scroll")

Caught myself again: I tell myself I'm resting, but I'm really doom-scrolling for an hour and then going to bed more tired than before. Want to hear what works for other people.

Not "meditation and exercise" — actually, what 30 to 60 minutes in the evening genuinely recharges you?

Recent unlock for me: 20-minute walk without my phone, hot shower, then a podcast in headphones in the dark. Sleep like a baby.
