Is this chess tool free?

How strong is the computer opponent?

Can I play a friend online?

Yes. Create a game and share the link; your friend joins from any browser. You can also play side by side on one device in pass-and-play mode.

What does the game review show?

It analyzes every move, gives each side an accuracy percentage, labels brilliant moves, mistakes and blunders, and shows the engine's recommended move with the evaluation.

Where do the tactics puzzles come from?

Puzzles are drawn from the public-domain Lichess puzzle database, curated across difficulty levels and themes such as forks, pins and checkmates.

Can I import or export my games?

Yes. Paste or upload a PGN file to analyze any game, export your games as PGN, copy a FEN position, or share a game as a link or a board image.

What is Chess960?

Chess960, also called Fischer Random, shuffles the back-rank pieces into one of 960 starting positions, reducing opening memorization. This tool supports all of them, including correct castling.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The board and side panels are fully responsive, with tap-to-move controls and full-size pieces on phones and tablets.
