Been through this a few times now and want to gather real things that worked.
What used to work for me — "take 2 weeks off and forget it all" — doesn't anymore. I come back, three days later same brain fog.
What worked for you? Specifically: new project, long sabbatical, sport, doctor, meditation, moving, quitting a thing, nothing of the above?
